From Spitting up to Ribbons and Bows...we Got it All!

We have had a fun-filled few weeks of playdates (which are more for mommy than Maddie) and our own playtime at home. Madeline is really starting to grab at things and gnaw on things (my chin is bruised, it's okay) and just become more playful in general! LOVING IT! She also spits up on me a lot. Not so much loving it, but it makes for some funny pictures! I am trying to put bows in her hair, but it's just so wispy. Not quite sure what to do with the whole "mullet in back, bald spot in the middle and faux-hawk on top" look! Greg's Grandma Hamann passed away this last Wednesday on her 101st birthday. We will all miss her but celebrate because she is with her Jesus and with her husband whom she hasn't seen for 25 years. Besides that one sad note, we are really excited about our first Halloween, our trip to Minnesota to see Auntie Nikki-Nik and our good friends Trish and her daughter Halle visiting us from Idaho in a couple of weeks! So much to celebrate!

Awww, I just love playing "dress-up", those bows are precious! Looks like she's got some pretty amazing aim with that spit.... that's why God makes babies so cute, so that spit up and poopie diapers are no big deal! Enjoy these moments, they go fast.

Can I just say, Abram recently spit up right in my mouth. NASTY! LOVE her little bows. She has such beautiful eyes.
