I wasn't so sure how to celebrate Maddie's first Valentine day, and I knew when she saw the big heart balloon in Walmart and shrieked and laughed so hard that it was a simple choice for a gift! We went out to breakfast with daddy to celebrate love day and then went over to her cousin Lukas, Alyssa & Taylors house to make cookies and drop off thier Valentines day goody bags! So fun. A few days later Madeline fell in love...with my dear friend Emily's son, Jack! They stayed at our house for a day in between O'Hare visits (they live in Hong Kong) and Jack and Maddie just LOVED each other! What a blessing it was to visit with such dear friends.
